Manzoni Moscato
Extra Dry
Excellent Winemaking Expression
Manzoni Moscato Extra Dry is a unique wine made from 100% Incrocio Manzoni Moscato 13.0.25 grapes from the renowned Podere dei Campi in Zenson di Piave, Treviso. The medium-textured soil, Sylvoz training form and planting density of 2,500 Strains per hectare contribute to the creation of this extraordinary viticultural expression.Careful and Passionate Winemaking
The winemaking process is characterized by careful craftsmanship followed by crushing, cold maceration of 12-18 hours and soft pressing with static decantation of the must. Foaming takes place through the charmat method at a controlled temperature of 18°C using selected yeasts, giving Manzoni Moscato Extra Dry its distinctive character.Aromatic Development
This wine comes from a cross between Raboso del Piave and Moscato d’Amburgo, both red grapes, is vinified in white, giving a vibrant, eye-catching color with Tiepolo rose tones. The structure, characterized by an excellent harmony between acidity and sugars, is balanced by the decisive verve of freshness typical of Raboso Piave.
A Unique Sensory Experience
On the nose, the bouquet opens with fragrant notes of rose petals and linden blossom, creating a unique sensory experience. The view is captured by a dense, evanescent perlage, with nervous, subtle bubbles that promise remarkable freshness.
In the mouth, the mousse expands harmoniously, giving fresh notes of fruit and a dry balanced feel. It is an extremely thirst-quenching and versatile wine that can be paired with a variety of dishes, from low-fat cured meats to fish appetizers and spicy cheeses.
