Winery and Vinification Process
The winery adopts high-quality winemaking methods: from artisanal harvesting with short cold maceration, soft pressing, static decantation, to primary fermentation in stainless steel vessels at 18°C with selected yeasts. The frothing process takes place in autoclaves, after re-fermentation, followed by 4 to 6 weeks of bottle aging before marketing.
Sensory Characteristics
Barbarello Rosato presents itself in the glass with a peony pink color, fine and continuous perlage. On the palate, it reveals fragrance, lightness and delicacy, with vivid and expressive fruit aromas.
